Yes. The item is sent via registered mail from Hong Kong with a tracking number. Please email us if you would like to know the tracking number.

The item is a custom made. It takes a couple of days to manufacture the product and about 2 weeks to deliver to USA / UK from Hong Kong. It takes longer to deliver to other countries. On top of that, there are also custom checks which will delay the delivery. That is why it takes 15-25 days for the item to arrive. Please be patient and email us if you would like to know the status of shipment.
